Slideshow Tuesday 27/11/2018

The next in a series of our popular slide show evenings will be held on Tuesday 27th November at 7.30pm in the function room at Cottons Bar, Renfrew (Click the picture in the sidebar for its location) If anyone has any older images, or more recent but from an unusual location, then please feel free to bring them along, on a USB stick. As usual, everyone is welcome, both members and non-members so tell your friends.

 We are holding another Open Day – on Saturday 16/06/2018, from 10.30am till 4pm.

We ask that all members publicise the event as widely as possible. We also intend to have surplus and any donated books, magazines etc available on the day for sale for club funds to members and non-members. We welcome any donations both on the day and in advance. It would also be good to see members drop in on the day - several of the committee will be there so feel free to pop in for a chat

This evenings slideshow was poorly attended but feedback was very positive, with all saying its the best slide night we have held in at least a couple of years.

Only a relatively small number of people (16) turned up for this evenings slideshow, including some non-members. However, as usual a varied selection of slides consisting of both older and newer aircraft from the 80's and other years. Donations received will go to Erskine Hospital for ex-servicemen and women. It would be good to see more people turnout for future events.

 AGM at Cottons Bar in Renfrew 19/11/2017

The 2017 AGM was held on Sunday 19th November, at 3pm. A decent turnout of almost half the members were present. Amongst other items on the agenda it was decided to keep the annual subscription unchanged for the coming year. A discounted fee in the first year for new members remains.
